# Store Check: find where each store loses sales

A Store Check puts two weeks of your own numbers next to a visit on the shop floor. You get a short report with the three changes that will move sales, conversion and average ticket.

## What you get

- Two weeks of daily numbers per store: sales, visitors, conversion, average ticket and units per ticket.
- A visit on the shop floor with your store manager, zone by zone.
- A short report with three priorities, each tied to a number you can check again.

## How it works

- **Measure (Days 1–14):** Two weeks of daily numbers from a simple form your manager fills in at closing.
- **Walk (Day 10):** A visit on the shop floor, zone by zone, with your store manager.
- **Priorities (Day 14):** A short report with the three changes that will move the numbers.

## What we look at, zone by zone

- Entrance: do people stop at the window, do they come in, and what do they see in the first three metres?
- Sales floor: who gets greeted and how fast, and is the floor staffed when the visitors are there?
- Fitting rooms: does anyone check in, is the next size offered before the customer asks, does a second item go in?
- Till: is there a reason to add one more item, and do queues cost sales at peak times?

## Who it is for

Owners of 2 to 15 physical stores, from fashion to shoes, beauty or home, who want to know why a store misses its target. One store? Get in touch anyway.

## Price

- €750 per store, excluding VAT.
- Founding Stores: our first five pilot stores pay €375, in return for 30 minutes of honest feedback and permission to share the results (anonymised if you prefer).
- Continue with the Store Growth Program and we deduct the Store Check.

## Questions

### How much time does it take from my team?

Two minutes a day for the form, and about two hours for the store visit.

### Do I need new software?

No. The form runs in the browser on any phone. We do the rest.

### What comes after the Store Check?

If you want, we train your team on the priorities and check the same numbers again, in the Store Growth Program or with Training Days. Or you keep the daily report.

### What happens with our numbers?

We use them only to prepare your report, and never share them without your permission.
