# Sales training for your store team, on your own shop floor

Training Days are hands-on workshops in your store, with your products and the situations your team meets every day. We choose the topic from your numbers and check the same numbers afterwards.

## Topics

- Selling and conversion: a greeting within 30 seconds, and answering the customer’s second question.
- Cross-selling: offering a second item, and add-on selling at the till.
- Fitting-room service: offering the next size and a second option.
- Leadership for store managers: staffing by the hour, a daily focus and coaching on the floor.

## How a Training Day works

- **Choose (Before):** We look at your numbers, from a Store Check or the daily report, and pick the topic that matters most.
- **Practise (On the day):** Short explanations and practice on the shop floor, with your own products.
- **Check (Two weeks later):** The same numbers again, so you see whether it worked.

## Who gives the training

WinkelWise is run by people who manage stores for a living. Our trainers are former store managers who know the daily close, the rota and the Saturday rush from the inside.

## Price

- €950 per half day, €1,650 for a full day, for up to 12 people, excluding VAT.
- Part of the Store Growth Program: a Store Check, three workshops, eight weekly coaching calls and a before-and-after report, from €2,500.

## Questions

### Do we need a Store Check first?

No. With numbers from a Store Check or the daily report we choose the topic that matters most, but you can also book a Training Day on its own.

### How many people can join?

Up to 12 people per session, from one store or several.

### How do we know it worked?

We compare the same numbers, such as conversion or average ticket, two weeks after the training.
